When you contact AquaEdge by email or phone, your details are used to respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
Beach session notifications
If you request a personal beach session follow-up, your email address and consent are sent to Andy’s inbox through our email delivery provider, Resend. They are used to contact you about a suitable swim, not to sign you up for a newsletter. No website account or mailing list subscription is created. You can ask Andy to stop contacting you or delete your enquiry by emailing andy@aquaedge.com.au.
Bookings
Bookings are handled by Vagaro. Information submitted through Vagaro is governed by Vagaro’s privacy terms and the settings applied to the AquaEdge account.
Coaching selector
Your answers in Help me choose are used within your browser to suggest a coaching option. They are not submitted to AquaEdge or saved after you leave or refresh the page.
Client article access
When you enter a client access code, it is checked by the website. A cookie remembers successful access on that browser for up to one year. No account is created. Clearing the cookie means you will need to enter the code again.
